BreatheEZ™ Air Purifiergenerates a safe level of ozone-the same natural gas that freshens the air after a rainstorm-to eliminate mold, mildew, unpleasant odors and more. Using a high frequency ultraviolet lamp and the building’s existing central heating and air conditioning system, the device recirculates purified air throughout the building. Soon, in habitants notice that the air is fresher and healthier.

But that’s not all. The BreatheEZ™ Air Purifier also enables your HVAC system to operate more efficiently. provides maximum dust loading. The course open structure of the white, air entering layer is designed for depth loading. The orange, dense downstream layer prevents finer dirt particles from passing through the media.

Unique Dustlok® Adhesive

uniformly coats the fibers in the downstream layer during the formation of the media. Dustlok® is an integral part of total media – not a post application.

Dustlok® Will Not Dry Out Or Migrate

due to the mon-volatile chemical composition of its adhesive formulation.

Dustlok® Renews Its Effectiveness

by absorbing dust particles into the adhesive, thus trapping them onto the surface of individual fibers.

Operating Temperatures Up To 200F

Spor-Ax® Antimicrobial

is a biocide that effectively controls growth of mold, mildew, algae and fungi on filters. Fiberbond filters with Spor-Ax® do not support microbial growth. Spor-Ax will not off gas, migrate or leach into the air stream.

Dual-Ply Dustlok® Performance

Independent laboratory testing using ASHRAE Standard 52.2 (Method of Testing General Ventilation Air Cleaning Devices for Removal Efficiency by Particle Size) classified one inch Dustlok® as MERV 8. Actual test performance curves show efficiencies at various resistance points.
